Researchers at our laboratory in collaboration with researchers from the Laboratory of the Adaptation and Pathogenesis of microorganisms from Grenoble have shown the importance of the apicoplast for the synthesis of Toxoplasma gondii membrane lipids, depending on the parasite stage, and especially for the free circulating forms.
