Conditions: 100 nM mDia1-coated beads were attached to the cover glass before addition into the flow cell of 1.2 µM rhodamine-labeled actin monomers in the presence of 3.6 µM profilin and 1 µM ADF/cofilin. Images were taken every 20 s for 46 min and then compressed into a 13 s Quicktime movie.
