Plant proteins associated with lipids and called fibrillin are essential to the production of jasmonate under photosynthetic stress conditions



​Membrane structures such as thylakoids and envelope, co-exist with globules that play a lipid storage role. By studying the function of protein (fibrillins) associated with these 'plastoglobules', we revealed a new role for those lipid structures.
